The Hellfire Club is is a gathering place for the Elite of the MoE. Posting is allowed only by approved members of the Club.

Should you receive an invitation to join or even to take a place within the Inner Circle, rest assured that you are being paid a high compliment and that you are recognized as one of the Elite.

Anyone found posting to this thread without invitation will have their post removed and should it reoccur, they will be banned from this forum.
 
Ikaris circulates among the guests while waiting for the White Queen and King to arrive. Additional guest from the mortal world have been arriving, their memories altered magically to avoid detection. He is sharing a private joke with Brad and Jennifer (the goody goody image is simply a mask for the demons who hide in plain site) when Wyatt arrives. The four act like old friends, chatting among themselves. The Black King is growing impatient and idly ruins a Senator's political career with a few choice words into a rival's ear. Ikaris gets a glass of champagne from the new bartender, William, who seems like he islooking for someone. Wyatt sends word telepathically to the Inner Court servants that their employer should come to the ballroom as the White Court should be making an announcement soon.

:: Entering the main hall Riana spotted Rayden with a troubled look on his face, walking towards him she wrapped her arms around his back whispering in his ear ::

"I know you read my aura and you didn't like it.. but you should know there is only one person I love and that person isn't David it's you.."

:: Walking around him she took his face into her hands kissing him gently on the lips, pulling back she looked him in the eyes smiling at him ::

"Come on let's mingle a little"

:: Taking him by the hand she walked around the main hall smiling at the people present ::
 
:: Rayden gets taken by the hand before he has the chance to say anything...Followed Riana wondering who they were going to mignle with ...::

great...mingling..we all love that....oh well..gotta do what ya gotta do
 
:: Appearing at the front gates of the Hellfire Club mansion in a torrent of shadows was the Vampire Christian. As was to be expected he was wearing black, black and more black. He folded his arms across his chest and studied his surroundings.::

"wow"

:: The mansion was enormous and just look at the gate was breath-taking. The trident symbol so bold. It was nothing like he had ever seen before. Nervous, he began roll onto the balls of his feet then back down onto his heels. ::

:: It was long until a petite and very pretty woman approached him. Clearing his throat he introduced himself::

"I'm Christian Calhoun. I was summoned......"

:: The woman nodded and smiled a little as she opened the gate to allow him onto the grounds. Gesturing for him to follow her. He kept quiet and simply obeyed. Still in awe of the place. He nearly bumped straight into the woman as he didnt notice she had stopped walking! Embarassed slightly, but not showing it, Christian took in his surroundings once more. The main hall was beautiful to say the least::

:: He turned to speak to the woman, but noticed she had disappeared. Sighing, he looked around a little lost, not really knowing what to do next!::
 
:: Looking around the main hall Riana noticed a new person inside the club looking more then a little lost, kissing Rayden on the lips again she spoke softly to him ::

"Be right back lover"

:: Walking towards the new male she smiled at him ::

"Hi.. you seem lost, need help?"

:: Awaiting his reaction she looked at him ::
 
:: Still looking around the mainhall, Christian noticed a woman approaching him from out of the corner of his eye. Too say she was beautiful would have been an understatement. Christian's eyes widened slightly - he could feel her power radiating everywhere - she must be one of the Dire Wraiths. He let his arms drop to his side, standing up straight as she spoke to him, smiling a little::

"Hey, You could say I'm a little lost. I was summoned here.......Not sure what to do now"

:: He stuck out his right hand, a charming grin now on his face::

"By the way, the name's Christian"
 
:: Extending her hand to his she shook it, her own skin always felt colder then regular human's but his was even colder, looking into his eyes she smiled ::

"So you're a vampire.. welcome to MoE.. I'm Riana"

:: Checking him over with her aqua eyes she once again smiled at him she could tell this one had potential on many levels ::

"I could show you around if you want and don't worry you were summoned here because you fit in.. other wise you wouldn't be here.. just relax and have fun"

:: Placing a cool hand on his arm she guided him to the bar, ordering some drink she looked into the direction of Rayden sending him a little message ::

"Don't give me that broody look you know you're the only man I want, come and join me for a drink"

:: Taking the drinks from the bartender she handed Christian a large glass filled with a thick red substance ::

"I take it you like O positive.. freshly taken from a pesky GoL"

:: Taking a sip of her own champagne her eyes sparkled ::
 
:: Christian was surprised once more as he heard her name. It wasn't the first time he had heard this name mentioned. An old 'aquaintance' mentioned it many times. He covered up his surprise quickly, deciding not to say anything on the matter. Instead Christian continued the coversation with Riana::

"Vampire I am. Nice to meet you Riana....And it would be great if you could show me around later, but then again you dont have to. I'm sure there are a thousand things you would rather be doing"

:: Following her to the bar, he couldnt help but let his eyes quickly travel over her body. A small smile becoming evident on his face. The smile continuing as she turned back to him, handing him drink. He noticed exactly what the drink was and nearly dropped the glass in surprise. In public he had always tried to hide the fact he was a vampire with a great lust for blood. He then nodded, locking eyes with her::

"Perfect"
 
:: Feeling his eyes on her she raised an eyebrow at him feeling some of the emotions coming from him, since Riana had become a true elemental she was able to pick up emotions.. not read them like a telepat but she could sence them ::

"I can tell you're not used to drinking blood in public, don't worry about it.. you're in good companion we don't judge"

:: Taking another sip of her glass she locked eyes with him, sensing there was something he was not telling her.. it made her feel a little uncomfortable it felt as if he was trying to read her, she knew vampires had the ability to draw people to them with their eyes and right now she felt like she could barely look away, taking a couple of breaths she broke the eye contact ::

"So how are you enjoying MoE sofar?"
 
:: Laughing a little he shook his head, before locking eyes with her once more::

"Well I'm glad you dont judge. Its not like I can just stop my constant hunger for blood. As to why I'm uncomfortable drinking in public, us vampires have been isolated and hunted since time started - like we were beneath all others, freaks........We have always had to becareful, to remain 'invisible' in fear for our own lives, especially when we feed........"

:: He gritted his teeth, trying to calm down a little. He took a sip of his drink and sighed, savouring the taste. It was pure ecstasy, the pounding in his head slowly leaving him the more he drank. He then noticed he had been locking eyes with her, his power to draw a person's attention to him through his eyes kcking in unintentionally. He quickly blinked, cursing to himself. Just what he needed, people thinking he was up to something. He was also getting the distinct feeling she thought he was hiding something from her. In truth he was, but he wouldnt say anything about it at this point in time....... He quickly continued the conversation::

"MoE is great so far. Training is really enjoyable. I dont go to the clubs much. Too many people in such a small place. My senses go wild and my thirst for blood rises to unbelievable levels. So tell me Riana, how did you come to join MoE?"
 
:: Locking back at him again as he asked her how she had come to MoE she began to think back of the time when she first had arived, memories and people who she hand't tought of for a long time crawled back into her mind ::

"Let's just say that after discovering my true nature and traveling this earth for a long time I finally found my home here in MoE, this isn't just a coven for me.. it's family, and I have the 3 Sisters to prove that"

:: Taking another sip of her drink a sad look covered her face for a moment as a certain person came into her mind, someone she would never forget but who was no longer with her, turning around for a bit she looked for Rayden, feeling the need to feel his strong arms around her ::
 
:: Rayden arms crossed in the hall, watched every single detail going on between Christian and Riana...he felt her aura warm up with Christian's presence... He suddenly felt as cold as ice... Receiving Riana's message, he realises she had seen him watching them closely with a stone cold look... He shrugged ::

Why bother...I need some air...

:: He watched Riana one last time with the stranger, and walked off towards the door leading to the garden, where he found a nice tree by the lake... He sat under it, feeling the soothing warmth of the sun on his face along with the sound of water running in the lake ::
 
:: Seeing Rayden walk out of the room she felt a shiver go down her spine feeling his anger, looking back to Christian she spoke ::

"Will you excuse me for a moment.."

:: Walking after Rayden she spotted him sitting by the lake, walking closer she stoped next to him ::

"Do you really think I can have feelings for anyone else after all we just shared over the last couple of days"

:: Sitting down next to him she took his face into her hands kissing him long and passionate, pulling back she looked him in the eyes ::

"I don't know what you tought you saw.. but I don't have feelings for Christian.. he just made me think of someone else.. Seth if you want to know.. I loved him and he died.. that is in the past.. I'm yours completly"
 
:: Rayden was starring blankly at a flower, spinning it around in his fingers when he saw Riana come out, walking towards him.. he looked away towards the lake, one leg outstretched on the ground, the other bent, supporting his arm, holding the flower... he heard her speak...he stayed silent for a little while then turned his head towards her ::

"You know...I know you like to mingle...and I know people like to look at you... I also know that I can't stop any of it... having aura reading abilities can sometimes suck... I could feel the way he felt, talking to you..and the way he looked at you...and I saw the way you looked at him...I don't wanna be around when that happens...I felt the exact same way when I left you with David...like I was a time bomb waiting to blow up... "

:: he looked away again, when she sat down next to him, taking his face into her hands and kissing him.. taking her face into his hands, he kissed her back passionately.. As they pulled back he looked at her as she talked to him ...letting go of the flower, he watched as the wind blew, lifting it up, it floated into the lake in a whirling motion, and got caught in the current of the water... ::

beautiful...


...I love her so...
 
:: Kissing him back she rested against him feeling warm and happy, watching as the flower fell into the water she waved her hand, the water moved and the flower floated back towards them, stopping infront of her she reached for it, taking the flower into her hand she put it behind her hair ::

"There.. now doesn't that look nice"

:: Reaching out to him she once again touched his face ::

"I do love to mingle and it's part of what I am being a Dire Wraith I welcome new people.. I was just being friendly and I will admit Christian is a very atractive man.. or vampire for that matter but that is all he is.. my heart belongs to you and you alone"

:: Smiling she sat back against him looking at the lake ::
 
:: as she sat with her back against him, Rayden wrapped his muscular arms around her, leaning his head gently against hers. They watched the lake together, their hearts beating as one... Rayden suddenly has a song passing through his head... On Fire, by Switchfoot...he smiles, listening to the beat of Riana's heart, and to the music in his head, watching the beauty of the lake, and it's running water, hitting against the rocks on the side of the lake..he says in a low voice, into Riana's ear.. ::

"I'm yours...and don't wanna be with anyone else but you"
 
:: Turning her head she looked at him and smiled kissing him on the cheeck ::

"Well you better.. but seriously, I don't want you to be jealous.. I know it's a lot to ask but I'm a Dire Wraith people will be around me.. men.. and women.. but that doesn't mean I'm gonna leave you because of that.. just believe in me ok"

:: Taking his hand into her smaller one she played with his fingers still looking at the water of the lake, being near water always relaxed her and right now she was in her true element sitting in the arms of the man she loved ::
 
"I believe in you...just not in others...that Christian guy...I got weird vibe from him...in a bad way...maybe it's just me being jealous... I don't know.."

:: Rayden played with Riana's hair, running his fingers through them, smelling the fresh scent of shampoo and conditionner, he smiled, he eyes drifting back towards the blue water, which reminded Rayden of Riana's sparkling aqua blue eyes everytime he looked at them...a blue always so captivating.. that could make person feel like they're on fire... a blue that Rayden had forever printed in his mind ::
 
:: Sudenly standing up Riana pulled Rayden up with her ::

"Let's go back inside.."

:: Kissing him again she looked at the lake once more, crouching down she touched the surface smiling as if greeting an old friend ::

"Btw for your info David has a boyfriend so you don't have to worry about him anylonger"

:: Grinning she awaited his reaction ::
