Mike immediately took to high ground, surveying the battlefield and scanning the premises. Nicolas and Haleigh were facing Enchantrah and Malice. He considered joining the fray, but did not want to be in a situation were he was used as a pawn by the pair. Mike went his own way, tailing Karen as she coolly walked to where Sharon and Blackout were having it out. Mike led a bit, clearing stragglers as he went. Karen did not NEED the help per se, but he gave it anyway, mindful that she had been unconscious only 10 minutes ago.

[ Silver Swan found herself ensnared in an energy web, the web bombared her with electrical feedback...although she was HIGHLY invulnerable, the physical impact generated by the electrical force coupled with it DRAINING her energy made this a rather difficult thing to get out of, even for HER.]

[ Shadow Weaver and Arsenal arrived moments later...and Sharon's silver eyes were now narrowed with contempt.]

you...wont stop...me...from.....killing...YOU!

[ Sharon had quickly realized the more she tried to bust loose...despite her raw power, the more energy was drained. she HAD to calm it down and so...fighting the feeling of wanting to go to sleep, she relaxed her body. as Karen and Mike arived, she inhaled DEEPLY, which required little movement, and exhaled....]

[her sonic scream...FAR more powerfull in this timeline than in mainstream (which itself was plenty powerfull) the fierce sound of a roaring get engine, a shrieking alarm, a tornado and a strong woman's scream all coming together in one terrifying concert. the scream pierced the air. all glass surfaces begin to shatter. light fixtures begin to EXPLODE, sensors begin to rupture from the strain and the focused beam of sound waves PUNCHES through the energy web, dispersing it. Blackout herself is bombarded by the sonic scream, first the intense pain, then the ear and nose bleed and finally, if she doesnt find a way to escape...her HEAD will rupture as her brain itself feels like its pulsating.]

[ Sharon continues to scream, causing karen and mike extreme pain in their ears and head as well. she intends to MURDER Blackout.]

<< as Shadow Weaver moved down the hall, WILDpack soldiers were not expecting to be attacked by HER of all people. She dispatched most with simple mystic force bolts. Those that didnt immediately encounter her were killed by Arsenal as he had decided to follow her.>>

<< she moved calmly, but with a purpose. she seemed to be focused in her resolve to do what she could to make a change before it was too late and where she would start would be most surprising.>>

<< she entered the bio systems lab to find Silver Swan and Blackout battling ferociously...Sharon was contained by an energy web and Blackout was clearly injured herself...but both women were not about to back down.>>

Alexis...Sharon!!!

<< Karen immediately yelled, all the while knowing that Sharon would be the easier one to reach and that HER assistance would be needed to contain Blackout.>>

<< Mike entered the room, Karen glanced over at him.>>

Stranger...why...WHAT are you doing here? This is not the place for you.

<< she reprimanded....but before she could continue EVERYONE in the room was bombarded by that SONIC SCREAM. Karen shut her eyes tightly and winced wiwth pain as she staggered backward..>>


goddess....that SCREAM...its as powerfull as it is PRIMAL!

<< glass shattered everywhere, sensors were rupturing and going off line and the foundation of that lab was begining to QUAKE from the power of this scream and Blackout was the target of the focused sound wave that smashed through the web and was now pummeling her.>>

<< Sharon will KILL Alexis...if she doesnt STOP soon!>>

<< Karen cried as she gritted her teeth.>>

<< even though Mike and Karen were not the immediate targets, the PAIN from the feedback would cause ear/nose bleeds and debilitating headaches. they themselves werent in immediate danger of death but anything could cause permanenet damage after too long of exposure. >>

<< finally after much agonizing, Karen raises her hand...and fires a mystic force bolt...not enough to kill, but enough to get Sharon's attention by knocking her out of the air.>>

<< as the two mutants continued to feel their way through the paralyzing darkness, Black Widow manifested two powerfull search lights. the search lights revealed a room FILLED with poisonous, venomous snakes and other agressive reptillian creatures, similar to the ones they'd seen in Arklay forest! the light caused extreme agitation and disorientation among the creatures, many of whom began to LAUNCH themselves at the two mutants, biting, hissing, spraying powerfull poisons and neuro toxins...some snakes began to wrap around Haleigh's neck while other large monitor lizards begin to bite on Nicolas' legs.>>

<< everything looked and FELT real, it seemed that it WAS real. but in reality it was another of the Enchantra's sophisticated, mirage illusions. She and Malice were on either side of Nicolas and Haleigh, and in UNISON, the two women, suitably cloaked, STRUCK the mutants. Malice slams Nicolas with a psycho blast, while Enchantra attacks Haleigh.>>

<< as the two mutants recover from the "sucker punch" play, they find themselves where they've been all along...in a large observation room just off off of a corridor. >>
 
:: Alexis' own screams were muffled by Sharon's banshee like shrieking as the metahuman immediately covered her ears with her hands to try and stifle the sound. Nothing worked....with her eyes shut tightly in agony and her teeth clenched with tension, she fell to her knees; blood dripping onto the tiled floor via her nose. ::

"SHUT UP! SHUT UP!!!"

:: Crying out, Silver Swan's attack was fierce and brutal. At this point, Alexis didn't even notice Karen OR Mike enter the room....which was unusual in itself. Blackout was desperate....the onslaught of Sharon's sonic attack was nearly crippling her, something needed to be done and quick. Karen unleashed a mystic flame attack to draw attention away from Alexis and onto herself [unknown to Alexis at this time], to which Alexis gestured her one hand out at the perfect moment [in a 'Piper' like motion] sending the energy cage Silver Swan was trapped in imploding inward, searing her exposed skin and face. Alexis focused the energy around Silver Swan's mouth area, keeping the current strong so it would burn around and IN her mouth, trying to prevent her from continuing her attack. ::
 
As Haleigh and Nicolas entered the large observation room, everything was pitch black. Haleigh tried to light both her and Nicolas' path with high powered flashlights, but even they couldn't break through the shrouds of shadows that weaved around Malice and Enchantra, protecting the two woman from being found. However, the other illusions Enchantra created DID stir as the light hit them.

Creatures of various species began to attack the twosome allowing the red and white queen to get in position. As Diana struck Nicolas with a psycho blast, Helena cold cocked Haleigh across the back of her head with a thick wooden bat, breaking it into splinters.

The illusion soon faded allowing the two remaining players of the six to see where they really were. Hoards of WILDpack soldiers lined the walls of the large room leaving only Malice, Enchantra, Black Widow, and Rampage in the center.

<< Shadow Weaver's force bolt had suitably knocked Silver Swan off course of destroying Blackout by sonic onslaught, but Blackout was now causing needless harm to the Silver Swan...Karen struggled to her feet, still reeling from the sonic feedback as her ears rang and her eyes seemed to feel like they were pulsating.>>

<< her hand on her forehead...she takes a moment to steady herself.>>

Alexis...STOP!

<< finally extending her hands, she weaves a pattern of power sufficient to BREAK Blackout's attack on Sharon, and she TRAPS Blackout in mystic chains, using her magick to SCRAMBLE her powers...rendering her helpless for a moment. it SEEMED that Karen was setting her up for the kill....but.>>>

I lost myself in my bitterness and hatred LONG AGO and that's how i came to be with the Sisterhood...but now...thanks to this stranger...I have been REMINDED that its okay...to follow my HEART. You broke free before Malice could reprogram your mind, you have a CHOICE. Let me help you...help you help ME. together we can FREE Alexis of her enslavement.

<< she needed Sharon's super strength and invulnerability to RIP the choker from Alexis' neck, before she could use a spell to severe the ties between her and it...that would be the only way to free her but this would ONLY work if the two women took the first and most difficult step, agreeing to lay down their hostility toward each other and see the bigger picture, the TRUTH and to take that first step forward.>>

TOGETHER, Sharon...we can FINALLY show Malice and Enchantra that arent all powerfull. we can avenge Morgan...your son...Alison...and everyone else whose lives have been blighted by the white queen!
 
:: Finally after what seemed like hours of agony, Alexis' attack worked and Sharon stopped her sonic assult. Out of breath and down on one knee, the metahuman looked up hearing Karen yell stop. Suddenly, Alexis was being bound by mystic chains while her powers were rendered useless. ::

"What is THIS?!"

:: Trying to lunge forward, the chains prevented her from moving, but it didn't stop Alexis from struggling violently. ::

"YOU TRAITOR! Helena was RIGHT! You never had the nerve to be in the sisterhood! To take down the six! [growing frustrated, Alexis screamed out as she fought the chains] LET ME GO YOU BITCH!"

"The right thing? The right THING?! I've PLAYED by the rules my entire LIFE! And what did I have to show for it?! Five failed marriages! A family [Quartermaines] that HATES me! And a father [Adam Chandler] who LIED to me for YEARS about who and what I really was! I was gullable and PATHETIC until I joined the six....and then they showed me my true destiny. That I WASN'T MEANT for GOOD! That my life had lead me down a path of EVIL that I never acknowledged! SO SPARE ME your self righteous cock and bull promises! :: Her struggling became more violent as Karen continued to try and reason with Alexis. But her mind was so clouded by her aunt and Malice that Alexis only viewed Karen as a threat now, and her words merely a way to manipulate the metahuman. ::

:: Alexis struggles began to subside...it seemed Karen had struck a cord with the metahuman. Looking up at her, Blackout's eyes were the blackest of black. For whatever reasons, Karen seemed to care about what happened to Alexis; she always had. It was something she couldn't quite grasp. Blackout's breathing became shakey as she listened to Karen appeal to Sharon....Alexis always believed Karen helped her because she was 'forced' to for the good of the sisterhood and their goals to destory the six, but it seemed she actually cared for her well being. It made Alexis begin to question what she was doing....which in turn sent the choker into overtime. Closing her eyes, Blackout shook her head. ::

"You [Sharon] come near me and a few blisters will be the LEAST OF YOUR WORRIES!"

:: Blackout lunged forward, fighting the mystic chains. It was apparent reasoning with the warped metahuman wouldn't work. ::
 
Nicolas shined the lamp forward along with Haleigh and saw...THOUSANDS of serpents, vipers and lizards of all types. He was not afraid of those things, and he knew hi sskin was invulnerable to their attacka, unitl the damn monitor lizard tore into his leg flesh.

AGGHH!!

he recoiled and grabbed the thing to toss it away, but it clung to his flesh, trying to rend his calf muscle. As he struggled with it, it dissipated, yeta nother of the pair of queens' attacks. He looked up for them again when he was staggered by a psycho blast from Malice.

Falling to his knees, he used his axe to rest on as he looked down. As he realized that Malice may have escaped Morgan in her former life to exact revenge in the next, he looked AGAIN at his axe as he thought.

Morgan?!........THAT'S IT!!

Nicolas began to laugh , standing slowly as the axe began to glow. He surveyed the room full of WILDPACK as he held the axe in front of himself, it now glowing brighter than the lamps themselves.

Malice's mind would be strongly jolted as Nicolas' axe combined his own mental might with Morgan's magic to break her hold on Nicolas' powers and the many minds (including Alexis') to which she was currently attached. The signature of Morgan's magic, a chiming, could be heard (Karen would feel Morgan's magic being used) even as the mutant regained the rest of his powers.

Looking around, the WILDpack soldiers would melt away, screaming as Nicolas pulled apart their molecucles as well as the molecules of the machines they had set up against the pair.

The mutant then slammed the axe upon the ground, directing the concussive force at the pair of queens...

Mike entered the room alongside Karen. She admonished him for being in harm's way when the SCREAM came. He fell to one knee, reaching for a pair of earplugs he had stashed away. Even as he protected his ears from permanent damage, the concussive force threatened to topple both of them over before Karen struck Sharon, albeit lightly, in order to get her to desist.

Then she did something truly unexpected. She tried to REASON with Alexis and Sharon, to bring them together. She bound Alexis and he had drawn on her to end her as she spoke. He slowly lowered his weapon, mindful of the fact that he needed to let THIS time's people figure things out. If Karen was trying to unite the three, then so be it...he would back her play, hoping like hell it didn't get them killed. He appealed to Sharon.

Sharon, I know you don't remember me well but I worked for a good friend of yours. Remember Gustav? He would not want you to be lost to hatred. Let's take care of the REAL bad guys and get you somewhere better than HERE.

Just as he spoke, he thought that he could faintly hear a familiar chime...

[ the Silver Swan was nearly lost in the GLEE of knowing that Blackout would DIE! but then...like so many OTHER things in her life before becoming the Silver Swan, she found herself on the ground. Karen...SHADOW WEAVER! WHY was this woman on THEIR SIDE? She was MORGAN'S MOTHER!]

[ But nearly everytime she'd seen Shadow Weaver with the other queens, the Black Queen usually held back. Not really participating in the torture or destruction of their targets, but only seeming to really get involved if the caper included confronting Haleigh. Karen's presence REMAINED a source of confusion and betrayal to Sharon even now as the Silver Swan but the sight of the doctor, hearing her try to APPEAL to her, made the mutate pause as she was healed from Alexis' most recent attack.]

[ Karen offered to HELP HER. Help her ESCAPE this place...be apart of her family! Sharon couldnt be sure how much she could trust karen or any of the others she'd seen at Illustra but what she wanted more than anything was her FREEDOM, to be FREE of this nightmare in the Citadle that she'd managed to briefly escape once before since her resurrection.]

[ Karen said that she needed Sharon's help, to FREE Alexis. Sharon looked at the metahuman whose cruel, demonic black eyes seemed to BRIM with hatred the SAME insane hatred that had driven Sharon in MAINSTREAM when she first returned as the Silver Swan! This timeline's Sharon couldnt know about THAT, but she ....she suddenly realized that she and Alexis DID have common ground. they were both considered PAWNS of Mystech! and for the former Senator who had dedicated her life to fighting Mystech and standing for mutants rights...to be deemed nothing more than a PAWN albeit a super powered pawn...if she didnt know anything ELSE< she know she would NOT live like THAT! this was her CHANCE. THe six of her timeline had unintentionally left her BEHIND but now at least she had KAREN back!]

[ and then the stranger, Mike spoke of GUSTAV. the name sparked memories of a man, a man with a gentle touch, a noble spirit who cared for and loved Sharon, who was there to help her pick up the pieces of her life after she lost her husband and son. Mike too promised her that they'd help her get away from here... FINALLY she was going to be FREE! She'd do ANYTHING to be free.]

...yes...

YES...I will ...help you!

[ She stepped forward to Karen even as Blackout snarled and threatened her. The mutate fixed her silver eyes on the metahuman but did not strike out at her with agression the way she normally would. Instead. the memories of gustav, the promise of freedom from mike and karen AND the realization that Alexis needed help just like SHE did...it all served to soften Sharon just a bit.]

[ and not a moment too soon as the Red and White Queen attacked Black Widow and Rampage, their battle was now beginning to reach a fever pitch. Sharon's now super sonic hearing detected the sound of a chime...a mystic chime in the air...she looked up for a moment.]

it sounds like...Morgan?

[ not sure what to make of it, since she and Morgan died the same night, she had no idea what had ever became of Morgan until just NOW when Karen had told her.]

<< as the White Queen and Red Queen attacked Rampage and Black Widow, the queen's powers combined to deliver deadly, multi faceted assaults. They'd brought down ARMIES with their combos in the past and when Shadow Weaver was with them, the Sisterhood represented a most formidable force that few singular foes could withstand. even groups could not be prepared for how far they would go. Still, there was something that even Malice and Enchantra didnt count on. Their first mistake was underestimating Karen, who was now nearly successfull in pulling not one but TWO people out of their grasp. The SECOND thing was that AXE, that large, gleaming mystic blade that had been charmed by Spellbinder herself in mainstream time.>>

<< This axe, now bonded with Nicolas to his core was more than a mere weapon, it was his own personal talisman of sorts and when he was in his darkest hour, as Morgan had decreed when she charmed the axe, it would not let him down, it would emit a gleaming white light, and release a burst of her magick to FREE him from whatever was bewitching or enslaving him so that he may save himself and his loved ones. at that moment, as the White and Red Queen attacked him and were poised to deluge him with an army of WILDpack in ADDITION to their own powers, the AXE , which had been calling out to him the moment Malice blocked his access to his own TK, gleamed and released a flash of white light and an ELDRITCH CHIME was heard in the air...not since Morgan's death in this timeline had a sound like that been heard [ as Karen's power signature sounded more like a wild harp] but as that happend, Malice's telepathic block was SHATTERED by the magick of the Axe. Rampage followed that with his OWN telepathic attack against Malice and the magick of that axe ALSO reached out to ALEXIS who was actually another VICTIM rather than a stone cold villain and it was at THAT moment, that Karen and Sharon could finally do what needed to be done.>>


<< even with Morgan not being here...she managed to lend a hand in some indirect way and it couldnt have happened at a better time.>>

<< Karen recoiled slightly as Alexis seemed more MAD than ever. It was moments like this that reinforced the doctor's conclusion that the young metahuman was unwell and that Helena and Diana wanted to KEEP it that way. She'd been through a fair amount of trauma even BEFORE being turned into Blackout but before Morgan's death, Alexis h ad more than earned her keep with the Six and had cometo be a trusted member, business partner and even a FRIEND to more than one person on the team. She'd had so much taken away from her because of her Aunt and Malice...just as Karen, just as Sharon...they'd ALL been touched.>>

<< Karen narrowed her eyes with determination. Sharon was uncertain but the doctor could tell the woman felt as if she had nothing else to lose and she'd rather DIE trying to be FREE than remain here in the citadle and risk Malice and Enchantra enslaving her. With the final promise form Mike that she'd be free and taken somewhere SAFE, The Silver Swan accepted Karen's proposal and came near the doctor...>>

<< there was NO reasoning with her. not like THIS and as the doctor quickly attempted to figure out what to do next, she too heard that chime in the air...>>

<< something, in the room MUST have been charmed by her magick and at THAT moment, she discerned that it was a light to dispell confusion or mental enslavement. Alexis was HALTED as the magick of the axe touched her as it did Nicolas and Karen looked at Sharon.>>

sometimes...a psychotherapist must administer therapy by FORCE for the patient's own good!


<< and with that...She lifted her hands...tightening the mystic chains to TOTALLY immobilize Alexis, as if the woman were now strapped to a chair or an exam table.>>

NOW, Sharon! TEAR the choker away and DESTROY IT!

<< The doctor commanded and Silver Swan rushed forward, reaching her adamantium armoured hand through the glowing field around Alexis and grabbing hold of the choker...with her class 50 super strength it was HARDLY an effort for HER to RIP the choker away , but as Karen feared, it caused Alexis INJURY to her neck and throat. and as the woman fell back, the doctor ordered.>>

Don't worry....I'll see to Alexis. HURRY and CRUSH it...DESTROY IT!

<< and as the Silver Swan looked at the choker which was now emitting jagged black orbs of dark energy...and it was crackling with feedback from alexis' own bio signature...the mutant CRUSHED the choker with both hands...the small explosion was contained within her adamantium armoured covered hands and as she released her grip, nothing bit crackling debris fell to the ground. the coker was destroyed completely and now, Alexis would be FREE.>>

<< Karen struggled to hold Alexis, absentmindedly calling to Mike for help and as the young man quickly came and craddled Alexis who was now gasping for air, and bleeding badly from her neck, Karen began to ignite a spell.>>

Crone of the moon, I call upon your power
This child's wrath and confusion, you will now let loose
Restore the body, work without cease
When she awakens she will be at peace!

<< gesturing slowly but with ernest over Alexis, the doctor uses the spell to help further purge the young metahuman of the toxicity that coursed through her while wearing the choker. calling upon Hecate's power to heal her wounds and when Alexis opened her eyes, they would be their natural color BEFORE the choker had been bonded to her body and mind. she would at least be HERSELF.>>

...there. it is done. i pray that we are not too late....

<< Karen herself now feeling a bit weary..her head ACHING from calling upon so many spells that she'd committed to memory and using so much of her force of will to CONTAIN alexis. but if she were to give out...she hoped that these two women would return the favor and help HER as she helped them.>>
 
:: Blackout struggled, trying her hardest to manipulate the energy molecules around her body so she could some how break loose of Karen's mystic chains. But with Karen's chains came her power to hamper down Alexis'...Her black eyes watched as Sharon agreed to align herself with Karen to help the metahuman. Alexis thrashed, crying out like a bird of prey. ::

"GO! TO! HELL!"

:: Suddenly Alexis hissed in, shutting her eyes tightly as the feedback from Nicolas' axe attack on Malice hit her body. Karen quickly tightened the mystic chains preventing any movement from Alexis....crying out, Sharon then ripped the choker from her neck causing the metahuman to go limp. Blackout's black razer bob slowly faded back to Shockwave's naturally shoulder length sunstreaked blonde locks. Unconscious and bleeding from the neck, Karen ignited a spell to heal her injuries. ::

:: Moments passed and Alexis began to stir....slowly opening her sapphire blue eyes, her vision was slightly blurred causing her to blink a few times to clear the 'picture' around her. Everything she had done as Blackout...all her memories, all her actions and venomous word...all the pain she had inflicted on others, especially those in the six, were fresh in her mind. Everything Blackout was, Shockwave couldn't stop....she was a prisoner in her own mind thanks to Malice. ::

"Oh my God....what have I done..."
 
:: Malice laughed as she and Enchantra attacked Black Widow and Rampage in unison.::

the perfect one/two punch...and now that they're down...we'll take them out!

Say hello to Morgan and Alison in HELL for me, will you?

:: as Malice prepared to manifest a javeline of psi lightning...she gasped as she felt her grip on Nicolas' and now Alexis' mind fluctuating.....::

:: the shimmering , gleaming axe caught her attention but even as she realized what was happening, she felt her power over Nicolas being OBLITERATED.::

:: on the astral plane, Malice looked like a magnificent spirit form composed of sparkling white wind as she conducted a telepathic symphony of pain, violence and force against Rampage, she begins to SHRED AWAY his defenses, like peeling the layers of an onion, allowing her malestrom to consume more and more of his mind as her psi bolt continues to push further and further to the core of his brain. her DEFLECTION field blocked them from reaching her diamond form or the Red Queen as the Red Queen unleashed LETHAL level defenses of the bio systems lab against Haleigh, Karen, Mike, Sharon and now Alexis.::

:: Enchantra could see now that the White Queen was fully committed to bringing down one of the biggest threats/targets in the room so SHE would have to be mindfull to use the deflection field as well as all of her powers to her advantage, especially now that Alexis was recently FREED from their programming.::
 
Helena stood back poised for a fight when Nicolas unleashed his axe, attacking Diana. As he slammed the axe into the ground, Helena's eyes widened as she leapt into the air, her body instantly transforming into a black crow, avoiding the shockwave. Pirched on a small landing that ran across the top of the observation room, Helena returned to her human form, legs crossed and dangling over the edge.

"Damnit...I knew I should of killed them both when I had the chance!"

Helena reached into her belt and pulled out what looked like a cell phone. Flipping it open she began to press a sequence of number, unleashing the lab's most deadliest defenses before setting the auto distruct sequence for ten minutes.

Looking down upon the group, Enchantra's eyes narrowed as the observetory began to blurr around them until finally everyone found themselves standing in New York City, on the very same night Sharon and Morgan died. The illusion played out, showing Master Mold attacking Morgan nearest to Haleigh....but something was different. Master Mold wasn't the only threat in THIS version of that night. WILDpack soldiers could be seen running toward the group, along with ant lions, bio hazards, and sentinals! It was an all out WAR in the massive observetory....one that may very well be CREATED by Helena, but real enough for them to be killed by if not careful.
 
Haleigh's flashlight reveals a crowd of reptiles.... but she seems less bothered than she should be.

They're just ANIMALS... even if they ARE venomous... I've got the most volatile and deadly poison in MY veins.

She thought... but they quickly charged and a couple of SNAKES wrapped around her neck and head and attempted to SQUEEZE the life out of her. It was disconcerting.... but Haleigh encased them in LEAD, taking hold of them and loosening their grip....

Enchantrah tries a cheap shot.... hitting Haleigh with a wooden baseball bat in the back of the head, but the leaden snakes take the brunt of the blow and Haleigh instead is splintered in several places as the bat breaks against her. She shrugs off the snakes and turns around to face Enchantrah, who conveniently has relocated high above them.... the woman takes out a small device, and Haleigh instantly forces it to EXPLODE in Enchantrah's face with the concussive force of a hand grenade.

"Stupid Bitch. Did you really think it would be that easy? You want this place destroyed? I'll bring it down on TOP of your ass!"

Another illusion is created.... this one a replay of the night MM got Morgan.... but Haleigh only looks at it briefly.... she's dealt with the guilt and pain of this night... forgiven herself just as Morgan had forgiven her shortcoming and so... it was just a memory... its power lost with her emotion. The whole place begins to SHAKE.... the technology floor by floor is EXPLODING.... but not at the will of its Self-Destruct program.... this systematic decimation was at HALEIGH'S might.... and it was just the beginning. Wildpack, biohazards, Sentinels all rushed the area.... but they were quickly felled by pieces of metal from the very FRAME of the place.... and burnt, melted pieces of machinery that Haleigh was tearing from destroyed floors and rooms throughout the citadel.
 
Mike watched as the Doctor reached out to both women. He had deduced that maybe Gustav was still alive here, and at worst, Nicoloas of THIS time would help her after all of them. So he was pleased as Blackout seemed to be finally freed as a CHIME filled the air.

Morgan?!

He turned back to see the neck of Alexis be torn open by necessity as they freed her of the final restaint from Malice and Enchantrah. Mike caught her, amazed that just an hour ago they would have fought to the death. He held her up as the ladies healed her, reversing her corruption and returning her to normal. She was understandably hurt at the realization of what she had done and seemed almost at tears upon coming to her senses. Mike looked at her, his hard exterior softening a bit as he spoke to her.

It wasn't your fault. It was THEIRS. You have a chance to get yourself, your family back. Let's finish this, let's pay back the REAL culprits for what they have done.

MIke lifted her to her feet, and steadied her, as he noticed guns and cannons all over trained on them. He pulled Alexis behind his and took aim, shooting out the two closest guns, but then they fell silent...and all hell broke loose as the entire building began to shudder, coming apart LITERALLY at the seams. He turned to Alexis.

Hey, think you can send us to where Nic and Haleigh are? We need to handle this together and them get the HELL out of here.
 
Malice said her spiel as she made a massive retaliatpry strike at Nicolas, attacking him with the remnants of the anguish created here. It was immense and he dropped to one knee as his clothes were TORN from him...

On the astral plane Malice assailed him, using brute force to push through his outwer mental defenses. Sje was pushing her advantage, trying to destroy him before he could respond. He was also kneeling on the astral plane, similarly unclothed when he suddenly stiffened against the wind, then stood, smirking at the white queen.

Using others to do your dirty work again, eh? I will not allow you to use those poor souls any longer. I HEAR their anguish, their cries for help, and I WILL BE THEIR CHAMPION!!

Nicolas raised his hands as the mental winds which buffeted him coalesced..the screams LITERALLY hardening around him as he USED the essences to manifest himself astral armor of dark royal blue. He pointed at her manifested form even as her diamond form was pinned by the full force of his TK, slammed backwards into the wall with the full force of 100 tons plus as he assaulted her.

Flash back to the real world as Nicolas manifested his battle uniform, his face painted with the strain of his battle as his nose and ears bled. But he would not be the only one to be harmed here, as he took Haleigh destruction of the citadle as a sign, slamming Malice with the hottest steel piece he could find as he threw his axe at her with all of his strength, then bolstered it with his owm mental might...
 
:: Alexis was noticably shaken up from what had happened to her. For weeks she was trapped within her own mind forced to watch the actions of this 'alternate her' destory the only true friends and family she had ever known and loved. The fact remained that IF Alexis were to survive [considering she was still infected with the TO virus], she would have to work very hard to make peace with those who had survived...most of all Haleigh and Blaze. ::

:: Mike helped her to her feet; her balance a bit wobbly. Explosions could be heard from the lower levels of the citadel, growing louder and louder as each level exploded. The strange thing was if Helena or Malice had activated the self distruct sequence, the entire citadel would explode all at once, not in sections.....this had to be Haleigh's doing. Mike suggested she transport all of them to where the battle was taking place....looking over at Karen who was a bit fatigued from the number of spells cast to help herself and Sharon, Alexis nodded in her direction. ::

"Only if you stay with her."

:: Glancing over at Karen, Alexis took her hand and squeezed it gently. A thank you for what she had done. And with that, Mike, Karen, Sharon, and herself all exploded in a mass of blue energy and disappeared from the medical lab, reappearing only seconds later in the midst of choas. ::

:: Quickly ducking as a steal beam came flying by her head, Shockwave saw Rampage battling Malice afar. Black Widow had successfully hurt Helena who was still perched a high above the observetory. Alexis' eyes immediately narrowed at the sight of her aunt....this wasn't just about good vs. evil or the six vs. mystech...this was personal. Gesturing her hand out toward Helena, a massive energy feedback in the walls behind her exploded outward, creating a shockwave-like effect across the top of the observation room. Helena's screams could be heard as she flew forward--along with debris--before falling to the floor. ::

"I'll make you PAY for what you DID TO ME!"
