It looks like the next woman in a long line of women who have recently come forward about alleged Sexual Assault at the hands to one of America's most beloved TV Dads is none other...than Janice Dickinson.

The Self Proclaimed "First Supermodel in The World" details the alleged assault in a new interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Click the link above to see the videos...but quotes include:

HuffPost said:
"He gave me wine and a pill. The next morning I woke up, and I wasn't wearing my pajamas, and I remember before I passed out that I had been sexually assaulted by this man," she said.

HuffPost said:
"I'm doing this because it's the right thing to do, and it happened to me, and this is the true story," she said. "I believe all the other women."

Well, this just adds another level to an already outrageous story doesn't it?

What do you guys think about the slew of women coming forward against the comedian? Do you believe them and do you think Janice Dickinson helps or hurts the chances of any legal action taking place?

I don't know...I never don't want to believe a person that says they were sexually assaulted, but we just don't live in a world where people are honest all the time, and when the information comes from somebody like Janice Dickinson...it gives me pause. Not to say that I don't believe her, I just think it's troublesome in GENERAL for all of these people to have kept their mouths shut for so many years. Now, even if ALL the allegations are true, it looks like people trying to jump on a bandwagon or get their own fifteen minutes of fame..

I'm definitely torn on the issue...what do you think?

I just can't believe we could have been in the dark about this for so long...but like you said I don't want to not believe the victims either. Has Lisa Bonet or anyone from the show made a statement?

I've been looking but I haven't found anything yet..it's weird though because Cosby has a BIG history of sexual assault allegations...In 2004, something like 13 women accused him of it...but all of those cases were settled out of court.

It's one of those times where just because it keeps happening doesn't necessarily mean it's true...but it's also pretty hard for people to believe that Mr. Huxtable would be capable of doing so much. I can understand why none of this came to light during Cosby's heyday as the Perennial Paternal Figure on television, but now? I..I don't know it's confusing, and I think the problem is no matter what happens it would be very hard I think for a jury to convict Bill Cosby of Sexual Assault, even if it did happen. There is no way there is going to be any real evidence that proves it, not after so many years...so then I have to wonder why people are deciding to come forward NOW.

I am dismayed.

There's alot of different things that are jumping out @ me: The length of time that has passed before these women came forward; All of them are white; It wasn't until a male comedian called Cosby a rapist during a rant on stage that these allegations began to gain credibility...

I too have been scanning around to see if any of the "Cosby Kids" or Phylicia Rashad have made any statements. The one article I found turned out to be fake.

I mean, I've read weird stories about his exploits over the years, one even involving Kate Walsh (Grey's Anatomy/Private Practice) where the rumors say she was fired from the show because she refused his sexual advances...but I mean this is but one strand in a long line of really secret and depraved behavior that celebrities are able to get away with...look at Roman Polanski...or even more recently Bryan Singer with all his underage boy sex allegations..I mean we just might never know what goes on behind closed doors in Hollywood...but it does scare me how much power it affords people to get away with bad behavior... well "alleged" bad behavior.

I know I don't have much proof, but I don't think THAT many woman are gunning for Cosby for no reason...even if all of them aren't true, I have this ominous feeling that he did do SOMETHING...to SOMEBODY...but that's just my feeling. He and his family has a checkered past.

you're right. its entirely possible & the way ppl behave in "the industry" is often TWISTED to say the least. They do (& perhaps get away) w/ things that regular ppl would be put UNDER the jail for.

Im quite torn about this emerging thing w/ Cosby. :(

& I think it WOULD be interesting to see if Lisa Bonet of all ppl will make some sort of statement b/c Cosby famously gave her a VERY hard time on the show & ultimately sent her packing. The official reasons were her "bad behavior" , involvement w/ Lenny Kravitz & doing that controversial movie Angel Heart. I cant help but wonder if there might have been something else behind the tension between those two. Stuff like what's happening now can make you think (or over think) & I hate that.

Yeah I think it's similar to the way that people view/viewed Michael Jackson too. I mean we never really knew the truth, and probably never will about all of that. It was so sensationalized...but it's kind of like finding out your best friend was a murderer or something. Like you gave all these props and praise to a person that turned out to be awful.

well i'll tell you... I've read a few books written by ppl close to that situation, including Carrie Fisher & its pretty much agreed that the father of the 1st alleged victim (Jordan Chandler) was an avaricious scumbag who wanted a huge pay day & wanted to "bring jackson down". When MJ died, Evan Chandler (the father) killed himself. & there were rumours circulating that Jordan himself said he made it all up (keep in mind that his description of MJ's genetalia & the skin discoloration in certain areas) didn't match what the police photographer photographed of MJ's body during a strip search ) of course now Jordan doesnt have to work...EVER...after the MILLIONS he rec'd from Jackson in the settlement which he then more than doubled due to shrewd investments. But he & his family have been forever haunted by that whole affair & the books ive read detail it like they've been cursed .

It DID get sensationalized & "little things" like facts & details got lost in the circus.

Could MJ have done it, possibly. he DID have a habit of befriending young boys, but like Carrie Fisher said "even though it may have been inappropriate, that hardly means he DID anything more than that" .

There's probably something that did happen w/ Cosby & some of these women....but like you said, we'll never know what it is & while you're loathe NOT to believe someone who reports being a victim of sexual assault....there ARE alot of questions

Like everyone's said above, I don't want to not believe someone when they've said they have been assaulted....but it's hard to believe someone like Janice Dickinson because she's just so fucked up in general. When I was watching that ET interview, it just seemed like she was saying what everyone wanted to hear. I don't know...I mean, I wasn't aware of the amount of sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby up until recently, so I guess it's not completely out of left field. But she just seems extremely unreliable.

Hell yeah she does, Sam. & Cosby's lawyers have pretty much shut down her argument w/ a timeline of facts that poke holes in her story.

going back to Vil's question about Lisa Bonet [or any other cosby kid perhaps] making a statement, I had come across an article that claimed Raven Symone was accussing Cosby of molestation. That artcle was a fake (I felt that it was almost as soon as i read it). & now Raven herself has responded:

Raven-Symone slams story claiming Bill Cosby assaulted her

Janice Dickinson just gave TMZ photos of Cosby in the robe she describes in her account of sexual assault AND another accuser came forward. The plot thickens.

This doesn't really surprise me anymore [Bill Cosby]. I don't know what happened, I wasn't there, but I'm certain that he did do something. Yes, he was - and still is, I think - a beloved tv icon and beloved tv dad. It's a shock, to be sure, but then, I never expected to read that Rev. Eric Camden molested young girls way back when either [and I'm a fan of 7th Heaven...not afraid or ashamed to admit that].

He really should say SOMETHING [as should Stephen Collins]. Staying silent will not make this go away.

On another note that has nothing to do with Bill Cosby, but it's also a sex scandal, we are also dealing with this kind of thing with one of our celebrities, Jian Ghomeshi here in Canada [and he is quite possibly the most hated man in Canada right now if you do a google search on him].

I'm familiar w/ Jian Ghomeshi, I used to listen to his program "Q" on the NPR station here in Nashville on the way to work when I was doing early morning shifts. Then one day suddenly HE was gone from the show. @ first I thought he might just be on vacay or something but soon I saw online that he had been fired over an emerging sex scandal.

He definitely is catching hell, but he also seems to have a large amount of support on his facebook page & he's offered more of a response to his controversy, making no secret that he has a kinky sex life & he likes to play rough. THAT alone is not a bad thing, but the question of whether he FORCED some of these women to do certain things w/out their consent is definitely a question. @ least 1 of his ex girlfriends has come to his defense. I haven't heard much more about it lately here but I know its still a hot button issue in Canada.

As for Cosby, I still don't believe Dickinson. She's a publicity hog & will do anything to get herself attention. But I think w/ the other women...there's something going on. I'm still dismayed by all of this w/ Cosby :(

Yeah, I'm kind of dubious myself when it comes to Dickinson
When I heard of the first allegation I didn't believe it but now that the floodgates have opened how can you not? Wasn't there also something in the news about the Dad from 7th Heaven?

For the last few years in the UK we have had a barrage of beloved TV/Radio personalities being accused with very highly damming information, it has been a huge thing over here and still is. One such being Jimmy Saville, who was running a hospital charity at the time and it is said to involve patients.

If Lisa Bonet is involved....i'd hate to be Cosby if her husband sees him....

Bill Cosby's wife Camille releases statement in support of husband

----------------------

Those who have followed the controversy surrounding Bill Cosby will remember when this first dusted up over a decade ago. Not only was it revealed that he cheated on his wife, but that he [allegedly] fathered a child in one of those extra-marital affairs & while he never claimed the child, he did pay all the expenses & bills for the woman & the child.

The scandal was humiliating for his wife, Camille, but she stayed w/ him. Now in the face of this, she weighs in, defending her husband.

She affirms her belief in her husband & questions the credibility of the accusers' stories, citing the recent major misstep that was the Rolling Stone article titled "JACKIE".

What do you make of this? To me, she's kind of sounding like Janai Rice (Ray Rice's wife) @ this point. Doubling down on defending her husband @ the expense of herself. SHE should know, better than anyone else, who she's married to & she's been through the humiliation of past scandals.

I've NOT wanted to believe these things about Cosby, but more & more pieces of a puzzle are starting to fit & form a picture that cant be denied. I STILL don't believe Janice Dickinson. I think SHE is just a publicity hog who will do ANYTHING for the spotlight, but these other women? COUPLED w/ fellow comedians who have been in the business for a long time relaying things that sound a little too "insider detail" to be dismissed...o_O

I don't know...she doesn't seem like she's just going along with her husband. I think she honestly believes what she's saying. And I really want to believe her but it's not easy to considering all the other reports.

im still torn too...but it IS getting harder, as things build up. what really strikes me is the other comedians, both male & female that speak about Cosby's womanizing as "common knowledge". it really flies in the face of "America's Dad". but @ the same time, that was just a character, not the man who played him.

<<sigh>> I really am torn.

Womanizing is one thing, assault is another. If the assault part was common knowledge, then that really makes me sad that no one spoke up. (Just like in any other case where it's treated as 'okay' by people on the outside.)

Aisha Tyler (currently on 'The Talk') commented about his behavior on the circuit. She being a former comedian herself, said she was aware & that it was wildly spoken of (his womanizing ways). her opinion, & I agree w/ this: is that, a womanizer is more likely to sexually assault women b/c he already treats them like objects or play things. I think that's what's had an effect on my opinion about this more than anything.

& the very first woman, who tried to speak out about it back then (when she was 17) & has begun telling her story again, said that ppl knew. his lawyers, his "handlers" they all knew & were all in on it. Like there was someone who would even scout for a woman they knew he'd like.

THAT disturbs me.
