::she tries to keep calm, after hearing kevin´s words. she follows the rest till they arrive to the building. kara looks the place and tries to think about the people who live there. her thoughts are interrumpted by the words of the boy::

::she turns to jules and kevin::

well guys, any idea about this place. something we should take care or we just come in?
 
:: Jules gave Kara a slight nod of her head, she had a vague recollection about the Hall of Eons, but it was like the writing at the enterance of the city, the knowledge was there but she wasn't entirely sure::

The Hall of Eons is a place of great power. I can't recall if the power is emitted from a single being or not....but the power plays an important role in the operation of the universe......it centers a lot around time

:: She then turned to the hologram, and nodded her head as a show of respect::

'We thank you for your greeting and are honored by your welcome.'
 
:: Kevin nodded towards Kyroe as he spoke, about to reply when suddenly they stopped infront of the large build. He nodded towards the small hologram ::

" Thank you for your kind words "

:: He mentally slapped himself, he hated playing goodie goodie. He took a small bite of an Applel ike food he had taken from the Merchant, just for later. Shoving the fruit back into his pouch and lisitning to Jules mind message ::

Hall of Eons? I vagualy remember reading this, Should be intresting
 
*She nodded to Sati and then turned her head just in time to see the guardian appeared. She smiled at the Guardian, giving her a sexy little grin as apparently her glamour had taken affect. She nodded as Sati spoke, looking back and forth between the two of them.*

"We apologize for any trouble we may have caused, but if you could help us, i'm sure we could get out of your hair, so to speak."
 
Ti tipped her head back in a 'street nod' as she looked at the guardian, relaxing her hands on her hips and licking her lips.

"What's up girl. My companions are right, we DO need your help... but then... i imagine you already knew that."

Ti folded her arms across her chest and looked at each of her remaining group members. they were tiny compared to the crew she set out with, not very comforting. Yet Ti knew, deep in her heart mind and soul, that if it was the last thing she did, and even if it cost her life, she would help Ikaris out of this mess.
 
Christy, forgive me for invading your mind but as you of all demons, should appreciate, we are not at an oppertune time to talk openly. Are you upset with who you have in the group? Because I for one will not give up on this cause. I may not always show it but Ikaris does mean something to me, so do not think for one moment that I will not try my best. Also please be careful with this guardian and do not touch a mirror as that will smash all hope we have of saving him. These mirrors hold the power to unleash major natural disastors as well as alter time and space. Also this guardian is a bi*tch who will shriek her ugly head off at the first sign of trouble

:: Rama had made sure the convo was totally private. The now she-Rama looked to the guardian to see what she would do ::

The Hologram repeats is message of welcome, without showing any other acknowledgement of their presence.

"Greetings Seekers, Welcome to the Hall of Eons."

The massive doors to the building open slightly, enabling everyone to enter freely.

Once inside, they are greeted by another Hologram, this one of an elderly woman.

"Greetings Seekers and welcome to the Hall of Eons. Within lie the answers you seek."

A set of doors at the far end of the hall open, though what lies behind them is unknown.

A cool breeze wafts over them as the group sits down for refreshments. Ikaris waits as the outlanders eat some of the finger foods the servants had brought before turning the conversation once more to the gem.

"There are many gems here in Atlantis, most of which are very powerful, though there is one that might be whatyou are looking for. Several years ago, a gem mysteriously appeared in the city at the heart of the Hall of Eons. The matrix computers there began being powered and vastly enhanced by the gem. Where once the Hall was a museum, showing holographic representations of the past, now actual portals to the past and possibly the future lie within the Hall. After losing several people to these portals, Farran's parents had frames set to lock the doorways into place and have forbidden anyone to pass through the portals."

The Guardian looks down at the group sprawled on the floor and shakes her head. The Holographic young woman has a slight frown on her face as she addresses them once more.

"What are you doing on the floor, that is not appropriate behavior in the Hall. How have you entered the Inner Chambers, I do not remember testing you in the outer chamber. I have no record at all of you entering the Hall."

She begins peering intently at Rama, Sati and Amy.

"You three appear familiar. Stay there while I check my records."
The hologram's features go neutral as it checks its records.

"I can find no records of you having been here before, but if you do not leave immediately, I shall summon the Guards. One does not simply teleport into the Center of the Hall, one must pass the tests first."
 
"Forgive us mam, will you please direct us to these tests? We seem to have made a mistake in our travels. We do not mean any harm"

:: Rama motions to the group to head to the exit. He thinks they might need to see the mirrors but if not its fine though he would like to see if Ikaris is fine in any of them ::
 
:: Devon watched in amusement as the hologram did some wierd stuff while apparently checking for records. Devon thought that they wouldn't be that threatening of they can't even detect Rama Amy and Sati. However, seeing Rama's politeness made Devon wonder what exactly happened on their last trip here. He had heard some of the MOEs who had participated in that previous Quest talk about it, but he wasn't exactly sure of the details. Devon looked up at the hologram with a doubtful look across the place.::

"Well, Miss, seeing as how you're somewhat welcoming us, shouldn't you at least reveal what this place is about and give us some basic information about the Halls of Eons? As for the tests you speak, how are we to know that there are such tests if this is our first time visiting? Indeed, please make yourself clearer, and show us to what is required of us if you may please... We've heard of the Halls of Eons, and thus have arrived to visit this place. Our apologies if we've offended you, but you should also be aware that there is no way of us knowing what kind of rules you might have. Thank you..."

::It was very seldom that Devon spoke so much. However, the recent events has somewhat pissed him off, and his character simply cannot allow him to stand by idly doing nothing. This holographic lady seemed rather ridiculous to him, but yet even Rama seemed to be weary of her. The reason why he spoke up was partly due to the fact he indeed had no idea what exacly the Halls of Eons were, and it appeared as though everyone knows about it, and even the holographic lady seemed to assume that they know of the rules and such and of their tests or whatsoever.::

:: Eating some of the food Riana listend to Ikaris tell them about the gem that mysteriously appeared, her eyes glowing birghtly as she looked at Toby and Euthalia sending them a message only they would be able to hear ::

Sounds like we've found our gem huns.. now we have to find a way to get it

:: Turning back to Ikaris she smiled ::

"Sounds like a very special gem to me.. this could be the gem we are looking for.. like I said it's a matter of live and death here.. and since we are from the future it explains why I know you.."

:: Picking up a glass of crystal clear water she took a sip enjoying the fluid ::

"I'm hoping you could show us this gem..."
 
:: Blinking a little, she glanced at Devon as he spoke so brazenly towards the guardian. She hoped that whatever tests they would probably be put through would not reveal her to be Sati; after all, unlike a glamour, when Sati shapeshifted she actually became another person. In body at least. She bowed demurely in the direction of the guardian, and stepped back towards the exit ::

"Apologies, m'am, we'll be on our way now."
 
:: Eos follows behind closely, and when the GoLs reach the little boy hologram, she stares. The doors open, and behind them is another hologram, this of an oloder woman. More doors iat the end of the hall open, and Eos just shakes her head.::

This techology...I just can't imagine it ever being so advanced! Mythological books never really elaborated, eh?

:: Eos glances to the others, then cautiously steps into the long hallway.::
 
::following the rest, she hears the words of the new hologram::

they could have thought another sentence

::she sees eos and smiles, guessing what she is thinking about. she tries to look behind the hologram, trying to guess if there are more door to cross and how long they have to walk to arrive at wherever they are going::

:: Val smirked and followed the two other ladies. Glancing everywhere, Val keeps an eye out just in case it was a trap.::
 
*She continued to stare at the Guardian, smiling as she checked her records, never giving any reaction that she may be hiding something. She listened to the others and nodded her head, crossing her newly chiseled arms across her chest.*

"If you could point us in the way of the tests, I'm sure we would be more than willing to oblige to your requests. But if we arrived in here without needing to take the tests, doesn't that mean we were good enough to pass them already?"
 
:: The Dark Faerie looked from Titania to Rama to Devon and to Sati. She glanced towards the hologram and stood, not having any idea what she was going to do. She followed Sati's lead and bowed, knowing it was for her best. She took a step back and waited. ::
 
:: Tobias was gobsmacked when he realised where they were.... ::

"But...but, this was a ruin and underwater..."

:: He then realises this may be a different reality or time, so he tries to ignore his confusion. He follows Riana and sits down with her for refreshments. He takes a bite of the food and thought it was quite good surprisingly. He nods when Riana sends him a telepathic message. ::

(Yeah, I just have a bad feeling they aren't going to let us leave here with it without a fight... Not that I'm bothered, I'm itching do some more fighting.)

:: He telepathically chuckles to himself.... ::
 
:: Winking at Toby Riana took another sip of her water, turning to Farran she spoke to the other woman ::

"This sure is a very lovely place you have here.. I would love a tour of the gardens if you have the time"

:: Sending another telepatic message to Toby she smiled at Farran ::

I'm going to try and find out where this gem is kept.. I have the feeling it's nearby I feel a huge source of power in this area
