Klein Estate
Hate .... one of the most powerful emotions ever, and probably the most potent. It eats you away until there's nothing left. Sucking away a person's soul until there's just an empty shell. Love, happiness, and other positive factors help bridge that gap closed but what if there's nothing left? Than what do you have except .....hatred? And what if you were a slave to this - How would you escape? That's exactly Jasmine Klein's predicament, she was dangerously close to the edge. And this tragedy could not have arrived at a more atrocious time not only with the Senator's election, the turmoil for the Six, and the Anti - Mutant hate groups active.
A bitter cold breeze blew some strands of jet black locks to block those wintery green irises. Hated mirrored in both of them as she stared at the lofty Mansion on the Upper east side of Manhattan. The taxi cab driver peeking his head out of the driver's side, "you want me to wait here?" His dark Indian skin evident with a thick accent. Jasmine's back shown to him, "no, that will be all, money's on the passenger seat." He sat back down in his seat to see $500 in cash. "This is -" She waved a hand, "keep it, now go!" She pressed firmly to him. The start of the engine roared as he drove off down the long gated driveway.
After a quick change into something more comfortable, Jasmine would challenge her family once and for all. Murdering was what she knew despite her progress to repent - she was a stone cold killer. Heavily equipped with guns, knifes, grenades, and other sophisticated gadgets. The sun was slowly descending in its course with a brilliant display of vivid colors intertwining behind the Mansion.
It was the Klein Mansion - where her father lived and his massive posse. With Victor gone, the other Mafia would fight and backstab the other for power and supremacy. But not this time because daddy's little girl had come home to take the throne. Putting her hair up in a sleek pony - tail she moved toward the front door slowly. It was a bold mood knowing who lived here - some of the most ruthless gangster's around. And they were responsibly for her daughter's death - she knew it. Even with most of the Klein's now imprisoned, Jasmine yearned for vengeance. She would not stop until all of them were terminated - her way - and she would tap into that blood thirsty nature to fulfill it.
Crouching down on one knee, her black pants wrinkling as she did so. Pulling the handle of the bazooka to rest on her right shoulder above her Kalivar body armor. Her green eyes sparkled as she shut one eye to target the main entrance of the door. Her index finger pulling the bazooka as she held her crouched position with the weapon bucking underneath her. The missile soured with speed and accuracy as it collided with a massive explosion against the door. Blowing the door off its hinges several sparks and fires broke out that spread around the mansion. Smoke rising and filling the air as Jasmine stood up and tossed the weapon on the ground.
Walking straight for the house a pair of semi - automatics were now equipped in her hands as she spread her arms out in a T. Firing on the members of the Klein family who attempted to escape the carnage. Bullets sprayed into the house with blood splattering and cries of pain heard. This land was private so there were no neighbors in sight for probably twenty - miles or more. Nothing but thick Evergreen's surrounding this mansion.
Patrol dogs were unleashed as they growled and snarled showing their fierce teeth. With a flick of her wrist a small gun was held in her hands as the tranquilizer was shot at both Dobermans - taking both down immediately. She tripled the dosage to prevent them from waking up immediately - they would awaken in about 24 hours. Stepping over the dogs, she continued her war path. Reaching for a grenade she un - hooked the device to toss it under one of the stress limo's and other luxury cars, blowing all of them up. Fire sweeping across the courtyard along the Italian sculpted water fountain. Blood staining that beautiful statue - barely recognizable.
Jasmine knew better than to use her power but nobody didn't say anything about weapons. Men and women fell like rain all heaped in various positions. Rolling to her left she threw her hunters knife at one of the older Klein members. The knife protruding in his throat as he sank down the stairs rolling down them. Sprawled out on the rocky driveway - Jasmine rounded the corner of the fountain to kill him. Stomping her boot on his stained Italian suit she put a few bullets inside of him.
Overhearing the sound of pepples flying she looked up just in time to see Angelo running towards her with a gun in his hands. She viciously swung her arm to close - line him. Stunned and dazed, his gun fell to the ground with the Assassin kicking it away. Crouching down she turned him on his stomach before plunging a knife into his spinal column. Turning him over as he roared with pain. "Now, tell me what I want to know Angelo."
His brown eyes blurry with tears, his body paralyzed and helpless to Jasmine. He shook his head, he had been taught to keep the family secrets hidden. Snarling Jasmine plunged a knife down by his thigh, "next time I'll aim a little to the right." His eyes wide but luckily he could not feel it. "w..w.what do you wanna know?" His accent thick with Italian. Jasmine yanked a fist full of hair, "who murdered my friends and Elizabeth!" She spoke through clenched teeth. "I..I don't know what your talking about." Banging his head against the pavement, "don't get smart - you know what I'm talking about now TELL me!" He spit out some blood, "it was Victor! He knew for a while - found the hospital records or something...he said if anything happened to him we were to strike her out." Plunging the knife in deeper, "who enforced it?" He began to sniffle from the agony in his back, "M..Markus!" He spat quickly.
Jasmine retracted the knife while standing up "where is he? Where is Markus?" Suddenly a gunshot was sounded as Angelo was hit in the skull. Drawing up her eyes she saw Markus pitched up on the roof. Their eyes locking - hatred yet respect for the other.
"Come home to claim the throne princess?"
