Probably not...but he would make her work harder than THOSE losers if he were angry enough. His regeneration alone would make him able to keep coming whereas everyone there can be made to fall with relative ease.
Even Thanos WITH the Infinity Gauntlet was mindful of the Hulk if he were allowed to become angry enough.
Likely in that scenario you would have to REALLY up the ante to combat her at all. Thanos, Darkseid, Galactus, somewhere in there.

I'd LOVE to see Hulk vs Phoenix. I've spoken of that match up before.
But Wonder Woman's lasso is something to consider too. WW is faster than all the others in the picture. I believe she has the agility and aerial skill that would aid her in getting her lasso around Phoenix & doesnt she have a psi screen? But then again...Dr. Psycho wrecked havok on her inspite of that so that might not be a big help to her.

The key to this is how Phoenix is using her powers. When she is using them all and at full control then she becomes a cosmic thing.
Usually she focuses on one aspect at a time to full measure and THAT could be of use to someone with Wonder Woman's varied set (magic and strength...same for Thor when he is actually thinking his way through the fight) or to someone who can best her at her best in one area (The Hulk's strength). Another advantage the Hulk has is his MPD and the fact that tackling his screwed-up mind has increasingly become a losing proposition for anyone who has tried it.
If I went with a Big Six to take her on I would go with Hulk, Ghost Rider, Silver Surfer, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Dr. Fate.

It's clear that the Hulk is pretty much w/out peer when it comes to strength.
But Phoenix could use her telekinetic power to hurl asteroids or even moons. She once stated "my telekinetic power can render planets assunder, it can do considerably WORSE to you." as she proceeded to crush Colossus. It's usually suggested that Phoenix's strength is off the charts but considering Hulk's presentation...even *I* would grant that HIM hitting her would be something that would give her pause but could he withstand a telekinetic attack from her?
The only psychics I would pick to attack Hulk's mind are Moondragon & Phoenix.

I like your team up for facing Phoenix. I just REALLY like the idea of seeing Phoenix vs. Hulk....THAT would be a crossover battle i'd follow closely.

I do not favor Hulk vs. Phoenix, just to get that out there. He could survive her attacks mostly due to his incredible regeneration but I am not certain he could hurt her enough in a straight-up fight.
But he COULD make life tough enough for her that she would not account for the others I have selected. It would be interesting to see the soul-powers of Ghost Rider in particular if he can get the drop on her. He is also immune to mental manipulation.
