‘The Bachelor’ and ‘Bachelorette’: Inside the Racial Discrimination Lawsuit - The Daily Beast

There's NO denying that there's never been a black bachelor/bachelorette OR that none of the top two "hopefulls" has ever been a black/native american/latino etc. why IS that? these shows have been on the air for 10 years now.
Here's one part that I found interesting:
& the suggested argument that the long standing absence of color on the show is due to the perceived bias or preference of target audiences is bullshit. that's why courts have historically rejected such arguments in similar class action suits.
meanwhile, here's a BETTER idea...CXL BOTH of these STUPID SHOWS! ppl talk about "the sanctity of marraige"...well THIS franchise HARDLY upholds it :haha:
