DC Showcase: Catwoman
Catwoman is voiced by the always cool Eliza Dushku!

I'm not a fan of the current incarnation of Catwoman in the comics, but she's much more interesting to me in this. DC seems to do a MUCH better job of it's comic to tv/animated series adaptations than Marvel!

Oh and written by Paul Dini, a legend!

I really think the WB animated series are the best representations of these characters.

This was posted on Buffy Boards and that's exactly what I said! ;)
It was here first; I nicked it ;)
I noticed that as well! I am very observant. Did you know that Dini wrote episodes for Jem and the Holograms? The cartoon episodes, I mean, not the movie. I just found that out.

wait.. I thought I was repeating what you said here!

I have no issue with the Jem cartoon.. the movie on the other hand look horrendous.

what the hell are y'all talking about!? :p lol!

I haven't seen the updated Jem & the Holograms, & I don't plan on it.

My favorite incarnation of Catwoman in the comics was this one in the mid thru late 90s. Jim Balent's glamorous pencils made her stand out (although there were some issues where he did get out of hand w/ her....anatomy  but that was the trend @ that time in marvel AND dc, female characters w/ PLANET sized breasts) & she was an international thief w/ some serious corporate chops. She often found herself in some odd gray areas & unintentionally on the "side of good" when faced off against many of Batman's chief foes including Two Face but i think my favorite confrontations she had during this era were with Scarecrow and a would- be rival of her's, I think she called herself "AlleyCat". The two got into a HILLARIOUS catfight over who was going to claim the spoils of a museum heist.
